Deposit $500

A deposit is due when a kitten is selected or when CottenPuffs approves a priority preference request. The remaining balance is due by the kitten’s go-home date.

I understand that pet kittens begin at $2,500 and that certain colors or traits may add $500. I understand that the standard reservation deposit is $500. I understand that a deposit may be refundable when CottenPuffs cannot fulfill the reservation, but is nonrefundable when the buyer backs out without fault by the kitten or breeder. I understand that no litter can be guaranteed to produce a specific color, gender, pattern, or paw type.

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Submitting this form places me on an interest list only and does not reserve or guarantee a kitten.
CottenPuffs cannot guarantee the color, gender, coat pattern, paw type, timing, size, or temperament produced by a litter.
Priority-deposit families may receive earlier selection opportunities than families on the general interest list.
When offered a selection opportunity, I may be required to choose from currently available kittens and submit the required deposit within the timeframe provided by CottenPuffs.
A deposit may be refundable when CottenPuffs cannot fulfill the reservation through no fault of the buyer. A deposit is nonrefundable when the buyer withdraws after selecting a kitten without fault by the kitten or breeder.
Final terms, health guarantees, payment requirements, and buyer responsibilities will be controlled by the official kitten purchase contract.
